In an effort to draw attention to local music and the importance of supporting the grass roots, Arthur Inc has made a music festival called ROOTED! It runs at the same time as Harvest Rock (23-26 Oct)- because without the roots you can't harvest anything. Nothing wrong with Harvest Rock - it's great, but how about a little fertilizer towards the Gardener's who plant the seeds and nurture the roots all year round! This is an important initiative.
